Furniture and non-furniture, in its “as new” condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Form from us before returning all items. You may obtain an RMA by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us at the number above. Proof of purchase is required for a full refund. All returns are at your expense and will not be arranged by Studio Mix, unless the goods are received damaged. If an item arrives damaged, notify us immediately so, we may work with you to return, replace, refund or credit the merchandise. If we have not been notified of damaged goods within 7 days of your receipt, we will not pay the return shipping cost. Please take a photo of any damage and save the packaging. Shipping rates will not be refunded in the event of a return. Please pack your return securely in its original packaging and be sure to ship via insured common carrier such as, USPS, UPS or Fed Ex Ground. Retain your shipping receipt for your records. Your credit card will be refunded after the returned merchandise has been received. Customers should measure entryway and access points prior to ordering to avoid delivery problems. Furniture that is refused because it doesn’t fit will be refunded in merchandise or store credit only.
